AS KARO was founded by Bekir Ovacıllı on 1974 in Tarsus - Mersin.

AS KARO; has created its corporate culture on customer satisfaction basis by harmonizing
knowledge and experience transferred from the previous generation with continuous research / development and contemporary designs.

AS KARO produces structural members for creating liveable, pleasant spaces for 46 years with that corporate culture. Today, AS KARO has product range with more than 1200 kinds and always presents new options in building finishing elements to constructors,architects, engineers and end users through the advanced technology used in production as well as research and development studies.

AS KARO; as one of the leading companies directing building finishing members sector of our country; makes exports to total 30 countries principally as Australia, Norway, U.K., Azerbaijan, Iraq, Libya, Germany, T.R.N.C., Jordan, Russia, the Netherlands, Italy, Israel, Sweden, Afrika and Switzerland.

AS KARO has ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management System and CE Building Materials Directive compliance, TS 213-1 EN 13748-1 (Interiors), TS 213-2 EN 13748-2 (Exteriors), TS 13631 (Stair Steps) Quality Standards certificates.
